Job Description
Gentox Medical Services is a national distribution company of medical equipment and services. With 60 sales representatives in almost every state. This position would be to assist the owner in the day to day operations of the company. This is a work from home position, perfect for any stay at home Mom. It would be beneficial if you lived in Davis County but not required. However it you must live within decent driving distance of Layton as you will be picking up supplies on occasion. Typically will work around 4 hours a day.. Job is $12 an hour.
Responsibilities will include the following: Manage all sales and clinic paperwork submitted by sales staff. Manage tracking software that reports lab submittals. Manage, order and send sales supplies and lab kits to sales team and individual clinics. Submit orders and invoices to suppliers. Make phone calls to new reps to track training program. Manage the owners interview schedule of potential new sales reps. Plus other things that may be assigned.
Have reliable computer and internet. Have reliable phone. Must be skilled at spreadsheets, microsoft word, adobe, outlook. Must be available between 8 and 5 daily. Tasks can be completed throughout that day as long as they are completed by assigned deadlines. Honesty is key as you will be tracking your own hours.
