Part-Time HR Generalist
ACD Direct Inc.
Job Description
Hours: 20-25/week
Pay: $20-$24/Hr
We are seeking HR Support for a staff of less than 50 FTE employees and varying levels of 1099 contracted positions. This Part-Time position can provide an element of flexibility where the 20- 24 hours per week are scheduled during the normal business hours between 9am – 6pm. Our employees are remote workers and are located in varying states across the US. Through the use and support of our outsourced human capital management vendor, the person we seek will be attentive to details, a self-starter, adhere to timelines and exhibit exemplary organization skills. HR Related Certifications are not required but are a plus. Top notch communication skills will be necessary as this position will involve interacting with benefits vendors, our Payroll specialist, and our employee base.
Responsibilities, include, but not limited to:
Provide HR Support for a small company with remote employees
-Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting and terminating
-Explaining HR policies, procedures
-Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
-Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions; promotion opportunities, etc.
-Processing all personnel action forms ensuring proper approval
-Ensuring HR Related Compliance of personnel and tax related documentation
HR experience necessary
