Description: Our team members are responsible for providing excellent customer care while updating accounts and processing customer's orders over the phone. Team members assist with customer's questions and concerns. Our reps work to increase sales by giving customers an account review and exploring additional offers available on the account, ensuring the customer the best package at the fairest price.
