Farmers Insurance in Farmington, The Naylor Agency, is currently taking resumes for a Property and Casualty licensed Customer Service and Sales Representative position

Responsibilities

CSSRs assist the agency in handling customer service issues that arise from running an insurance agency. Duties and responsibilities would include answering phones, navigating Farmers data system, documenting, out bound calling customers, along with several other tasks. CSSRs are also responsible to support the sales team in the processing of new business, maintaining current business accounts and finding sales opportunities from current clients.

CSSRs compensation starts at $12 an hour. After a 30 day probationary period and fulfilling the required licensing in Property and Causality the CSSRs receives an additional $1 an hour. Once the additonal licensing for Life and Health is completed the compensation again increases by another $1 an hour. Licensed staff also receive a split on commissions, and share in agency monthly bonus.
