Job Description: Office Assistant Position Reports to: Corporate Counsel/Chief Legal Officer Job Purpose Summary: Get Air Management, Inc. is looking for an energetic and driven Office Assistant for their fast-paced corporate legal department. This is an exciting opportunity for an Office Assistant looking for a company offering benefits, an excellent work environment, room for growth, and responsibilities that hold extreme importance. The Office Assistant will be the first point of contact for the department in many instances, which will require excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with many different personalities and departments with the utmost professionalism. The individual will be responsible for the handling of sensitive and confidential information on a daily basis.The ideal candidate will be professional in both demeanor and dress and take ownership for their work. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills. Key Responsibilities:Use computers for various applications, such as database management or word processing.Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents, such as attendance records, correspondence, or other material.Operate office equipment, such as copiers, or phone systems and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions.Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.Maintain scheduling and event calendars.Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors.Make copies of correspondence or other printed material.Other duties as assigned.
